New Shoes

I always complain when my daughter uses my camera. She is constantly taking it and making goofy videos and taking pictures of the dogs and stuff and ALWAYS RUNS MY BATTERIES DOWN! One time she even threw away my rechargables and put in cheapo ones because they were dead. My charger has to have all 4 in it to charge so then I had to buy more (at $9 a pop). I don't know it always makes me nervous to have her play with my camera, I can't afford to go out and just plop down money for a new one it she drops it or messes it up somehow.


Oh well, enough of my complaining - I found these pictures on it this week, apparently she REALLY liked her new shoes!

Puppy Birthday

My youngest will be 9 next week. She decided she wanted a "Puppy Birthday". So since I didn't have any dog/puppy stamps, I had to improvise. I went to Party City and found a Puppy themed set of plates, napkins, etc...but of course I had to make the invitations.



I used gable green and tempting turquoise to match the colors on the party supplies. I used the centers of the flowers from the SU Daisy set to make pawprints, then used the Happy Birthday embossing folder on my background and found some cute puppy pics on the internet, put them in MS Word with a text box and printed them on cardstock.
