A good friend of mine recently moved into a new home. They weren’t planning on moving, but found this house out of the blue and made an offer and moved within like 2 weeks. One day out of the blue she says, “Did I tell you we’re moving?”. I had seen her the previous Saturday, she tells me this on Thursday and they were moving the following weekend!But they got a really great deal on a FABULOUS house in an upscale neighborhood and I think it is completely paid for! Must be nice!
