Day 138: May 18, 2010

It's actually been a pretty slow couple of weeks...I need to get back to this list or I'm going to run out of time.  Heck the year is already almost half over and I'm not even CLOSE to being half way through my list :-/

23. Finish a 5K in 25 minutes or less



So obviously I haven’t done this. I really haven’t done any 5K’s since March, but I’m still running. I got sick a few weeks ago and wasn’t able to to run much for a about 3 weeks. One night I tried and only got 1 mile before I thought my chest would explode and had to stop. I coughed and hacked ALL night after that. But today I was able to go out and haven’t coughed much at all. Plus I went 3 miles in about 26:45…so I’m closer to that 25 minute mark. I’ll have to keep training.


25. Clean out the office


I’m not really done with this either, but ALMOST. The closet is clean and the room for the most part, but there are still a few boxes that have accumulated that need to be gone through.


82. Meet my new nephew (he’s due in May)

This one is accomplished! Little Xander Isaiah came on May 10, weighing in at 7 lb. 1 oz. Isn't he SOOOO handsome?!

91. Listen to my entire iTunes library (currently 3690 songs)

I haven’t really gotten very far on this one the last couple of weeks. I’ve been adding (of course), I’ve found all kinds of free downloads lately and am up to 3690 songs, but I’ve been listening more to the radio lately. My name is in to win $10,000 if they call me but you have to be listening and only have like 10 minutes to call, so….I know it’s a long shot but hey…


So anyway, now that I’ve added 153 songs to the library and only listened a little, I now have 566 songs to listen to, which is actually up from where I was at 499 2 weeks ago.


98. Remember to use my green grocery bags
