Butterfinger Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

I was having a craving for cookies the other night.  I had gotten an email for some Chai Latte Snickerdoodles that Sally posted.  Jerry isn't a fan of snickerdoodles, so I totally searched her site for something he would like.

These cookies were AMAZING!  They are pretty easy, and SUPER soft and chewy!

The kids all tried them, but I'm not sure they had very many.  More for us!  (which I'm not entirely sure is a good thing...)
