I tried an Eggs Benedict recipe for the first time ever, cuz its my honey's favorite. It turned out pretty good, and although he thought the hollandaise could have been a little less "lemony", he did just about lick his plate clean!! ;-)

I also made homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch for the kids. They were GREAT!! Only thing I added was about 1/2 chopped pecans.
